Steven N. Bronson

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bronson became the CEO and Chairman of Interlink Electronics, Inc. in July of 2010. In March of 2011 he also took on the role of President, bringing both his operational and financial expertise to the company. Since successfully turning around Interlink's business to profitability, Mr. Bronson has focused on strategic matters, mission-critical decisions, and identification of potential acquisitions and business partnership opportunities.

Mr. Bronson has held the position of CEO & Chairman of BKF Capital Group, Inc. (BKF), a publicly traded company operating through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, BKF Investment Group, Inc. and BKF Asset Holdings, Inc. since October 2008.

In 1996, Mr. Bronson founded Bronson & Co. and served as CEO & Chairman until November 2014. Bronson & Co., LLC is an investment banking firm that assists private and public, emerging growth and middle market companies with raising capital, mergers & acquisitions and advisory services.

In addition, Mr. Bronson served on the board from September 1996 to July 2000 of Mikron Infrared Instruments, Inc.; he served as Mikron's Chairman and CEO from August 1998 to May 1999 during a restructuring period. Mr. Bronson led the effort of recruiting a top notch management team, eventually increasing the company's revenue by 500%; the company was sold in April 2007.

Mr. Bronson currently holds the series 4, 7, 24, 53, 55, 63, 65, 66 and 79 licenses.

Mr. Mark Bailey, CPA/ABV/CCF

Audit Committee Chair

Mr. Bailey has more than 42 years of experience in public accounting. He began his public accounting career with Arthur Young & Company, advancing to supervisor in the bank audit division. He then became an audit partner in a firm on the central coast of California. He opened his firm, Mark Bailey & Company, in 1984 which he rebranded Excelsis in 2012. Excelsis specializes in small to mid-sized companies and offers diverse services including, audit, tax, strategic planning, internal control evaluation and testing, business valuation and management consulting and is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Mr. Bailey is the managing partner of the firm and consults extensively on business valuations, merger and acquisitions, tax planning, accounting and management. He holds a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is accredited in business valuation and certified in financial forensics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Angela Blatteis

Nominating and Governance Committee Chair

Ms. Blatteis comes to Interlink Electronics with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, bankruptcy, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Blatteis is presently an Ambassador to The Gores Group and remains a key consultant to The Gores Group in addition to providing consulting services to various companies and management teams. From 1996 through December 2011, Ms. Blatteis worked with The Gores Group and was responsible for key aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the portfolio of its funds, including sourcing, structuring and negotiation transactions. She has been a Managing Director at The Gores Group since 2004. During that tenure, from July 2007 through July 2011, Ms. Blatteis co-founded, Global Equity Capital (GEC), an affiliate of The Gores Group, to focus on acquiring businesses in the small capitalization market and held the title Managing Director. In 2011, GEC was rolled back into Gores Group. Throughout her 17-year career at The Gores Group, Ms. Blatteis was integrally involved in the acquisitions of Verifone, The Learning Company, Aonix, Intelliverse, and Scovill Fasteners, and Halifax Corporation of Virginia among others. Also, Ms. Blatteis has just launched Soupure, a soup company which uses science and research to develop soup for health conscious individuals by leveraging the power of proteins and smart energy nutrients. Ms. Blatteis is the co-founder, CEO and CFO of Soupure. Ms. Blatteis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of California Berkeley.

Dr. Frank Levinson

Compensation Committee Chair

Dr. Frank Levinson is a Venture Partner with Phoenix Venture Partners (PVP). He is also a Managing Director of the Small World Group (SWG) Incubator, a technology incubator focusing on clean tech, optical systems and novel material technologies. SWG is active in both Singapore and the USA. Dr. Levinson has an exceptional 30-year track record of starting and building companies. Most notably, Dr. Levinson was the founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Chairman of Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ:FNSR),which he built into a multibillion dollar optical components and subsystems supplier and grew revenue from zero to over $500M in annual sales. During his tenure at Finisar, Dr. Levinson built out the company's manufacturing in Asia and oversaw the implementation of more than 12 corporate partnerships, including those with Honeywell, Sensors Unlimited, and Infineon. He is currently on the board of directors of Fabrinet (NYSE:FN). Dr. Levinson earned his Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Science degree in physics and mathematics from Butler University.

Mr. Steven N. Bronson has over 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. His successful background in investment banking, operations and management has led him to acquire meaningful stakes in several promising technology companies and assuming CEO roles.

Mr. Bronson became the CEO and Chairman of Interlink Electronics, Inc. in July of 2010. Since successfully turning around Interlink's business to profitability, Mr. Bronson has focused on strategic matters, mission-critical decisions, and identification of potential acquisitions and business partnership opportunities.

In July 2013, Mr. Bronson assumed the positions of President and CEO of Qualstar Corporation, a high quality tape library manufacturer, and its subsidiary N2Power, a manufacturer of high efficiency power supplies for diverse electronics industries. He immediately initiated a turnaround strategy, implementing cost cutting measures plus aggressive sales efforts that are fundamental steps towards profitability.

David S. Burnett

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. David S. Burnett has over 25 years of diverse financial leadership experience. His history in both traditional and non-traditional finance roles brings a unique perspective to a critical function - leading the financial effort that allows Interlink to invest in existing products, technologies and value added solutions for our customers.

Prior to joining Interlink, Mr. Burnett served in various management positions with EnPro Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NPO), most recently Vice President and Treasurer. EnPro Industries is a diversified manufacturer of proprietary engineered products used in critical applications.

Prior to joining EnPro, Mr. Burnett was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina office, and in the Washington National Tax Services office in Washington, DC. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, he was a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton LLP’s Office of Federal Tax Services in Washington, D.C. Mr. Burnett received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Old Dominion University, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional.

Albert Lu, Ph.D.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Dr. Lu joined Interlink on February 3, 2014 and is based in Singapore at our wholly-owned subsidiary Interlink Electronics Singapore Private Limited. As CTO, Dr. Lu's responsibilities include developing strategic technology and product roadmaps, identifying synergistic R&D partnerships and funding opportunities, leading the internal R&D team, and maintaining Interlink Electronics' competitive advantage in the human-machine interface technology landscape.

Prior to joining Interlink, for over 15 years Dr. Lu had made significant R&D contributions to the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech), which develops high-value manufacturing technology and human capital to enhance the competitiveness of Singapore's manufacturing industry. SIMTech is a research institute of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Dr. Lu's most recent role was Program Manager of the Large Area Processing Program, where he established and spearheaded Singapore's key R&D facility and pilot line for roll-to-roll manufacturing of functional films and printed electronics. In his other technology leadership roles at SIMTech, Dr. Lu has orchestrated R&D collaborations and industry consortia in disruptive and emerging technology platforms that included embedded passives, broadband communications, and electronics packaging with multinational corporations and local enterprises.

Dr. Lu earned both Ph.D. and B. Eng. in electrical engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the U.K. Dr. Lu also received the Lee Kuan Yew Award for Mathematics and Science in Singapore and the Institution of Electrical Engineers Prize in the U.K.

Mark Litecky

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Mark Litecky's 28-year career has been centered on growing revenue and profits by bringing existing and new technologies to markets while providing complete solutions to meet customers' requirements. His experience includes sales and marketing leadership roles with both Fortune 500 and early stage technology companies including Rosemount Inc. (Emerson Process Controls), NT International (Entegris), August Technology (Rudolph Technologies), Starkey Labs, and Soligie (Molex). Mr. Litecky has experience with a diverse set of market segments including industrial, automotive, security & logistics, microelectronics, flat panel display, medical devices, and consumer electronics.

Mr. Litecky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
