Mr. Bronson joined Interlink Electronics in July 2010 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. As of August 2010, he also assumed the roles of interim President and Chief Operating Officer. He is Catalyst Financial’s president and founder, and has over 26 years of Wall Street experience and securities industry contacts. For the last 20 years Mr. Bronson has been a founding principal of two brokerage firms. Louann Negrete was promoted to Vice President of Finance in April 2010. Ms. Negrete joined Interlink Electronics in 2005 as Corporate Controller. From 1999 to 2005, Ms. Negrete was Corporate Controller for BioSource International, Inc., 1993 to 1999 was Assistant Controller for Lost Arrow/Patagonia, Inc.; 1990-1993 was Controller for U.S. Stamp. Ms. Negrete is a CPA and holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

In April 2010, Jeff Baker was promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Baker was Vice President, Research and Development and Product Development. Since Mr. Baker joined Interlink in 1999, the company’s patent portfolio has more than doubled. He has been first inventor on 10 worldwide patents and applications. Prior to joining Interlink, Mr. Baker was a post-doctoral fellow at both the Tokyo Institute of Technology and the Risoe National Laboratory in Denmark. Declan Flannery joined Interlink in 2006 as the Manufacturing Manager and was promoted to Director of Manufacturing. In April 2010, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing. Mr. Flannery has over 15 years experience in the printed electronics industry including production manager for Novatech Electroluminescent from 2003 to 2006, R&D Manager for Global Mark Industries in Ireland-from 1999 to 2001 and Product Development Manager for John McGavigan in Scotland from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Flannery holds a BSc in Chemistry from Manchester Metropolitan University....

Mr. Bray joined Interlink Electronics in October, 1996 as Business Unit Manager. In April 2010 Trevor Bray was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Bray managed the establishment and distribution of European technology corporations in the US for BTS International Marketing. He also has served in a number of sales and marketing roles at British Telecom and British Gas. Mr. Bray has a BA degree from the University of Nottingham and a post graduate marketing diploma from the City of London University.
